RESEARCH

Participation in the NA49 and NA61/SHINE experiments at the CERN Super Proton Synchrotron. The main topic of the work is the study of fluctuations and correlations in various characteristics (transverse momentum, azimuthal angle, multiplicity) of particles produced during high-energy heavy ion collisions. In addition, involvement in the study of short-lived resonances.

The theoretical models as well as experimental data from NA49 and NA61 are used in the work. The purpose of these analyzes is to study the properties of quark-gluon plasma (hadron matter at high energy densities in which quarks and gluons are "deconfined") and search for the critical point in the phase diagram of strongly interacting matter.
